2. Summary of Artistic Achievements

Artistic Achievements

Between 1995 and 2015, I have been incredibly productive in a wide range of creative fields, including photography, graphic design, digital imaging, web design, app design and development, videography, and film. Additionally, I have created hundreds of pen-and-ink watercolors inspired by my travels in Mexico and my life in Vancouver, BC, Canada. More recently, I have expanded into oil painting on canvas and am excited to continue exploring and creating in the years ahead.

My work has been featured in local shops, donated for charitable causes, and gifted to friends and family. It has also been showcased across various websites, videos, blogs, and social media platforms. For examples of my work, you can search my name: Tina Winterlik.

My passion for art began in childhood, where I eagerly took all available art and photography classes in high school. Later, I pursued additional skills through night school programs, including watercolors, basic math review, and First Aid. After 11 years in the workforce, I returned to formal education as a mature student.

In 1991, I enrolled at Selkirk College, followed by Langara College in 1995, where I earned a Diploma in Professional Photography. To stay current with industry trends, I supplemented my education with online courses and short programs through organizations like the Alliance for Arts and Culture, SCC Consulting, and other online platforms.

In 2000, I completed Web Design training at Sina Training Centre, and in 2014, I earned a Certificate in Interaction Essentials from Emily Carr University of Art + Design. Over the years, I have dedicated myself to continuous learning through night classes, local colleges, private institutions, and online courses. This, combined with personal practice and a deep passion for creative expression, has allowed me to refine my craft and achieve a high level of artistic accomplishment.
